Guest Speaking & Educational Workshops

I offer educational trainings and guest speaking on trauma and recovery through an alternative, connection-based lens. As a trauma-informed therapist and consultant, my work explores the psychological, social, and spiritual patterns that can quietly block individuals and communities from living with greater self-trust, balance, integrity, and purpose.
Each engagement is thoughtfully tailored to the needs of the audience. I work both skillfully and intuitively to create experiences that are grounded, relational, and impactful—inviting deep self-exploration, meaningful insight, and personal accountability that supports lasting change.
